The scope, timeline and investment for any engagement are agreed in a written proposal before work begins. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they take effect.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, ad accounts, analytics data, creative files and campaign history created for you remain your property. We work inside your platforms, not ours.

Liability

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency’s control, and no specific results are guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.
